Welcome Managing Director Justin James

Justin just walked into the building…and I’m psyched

If you’ve been watching OverseasX grow and thinking, “Alright, this is getting real…” this is one of those moves that makes it even more real.

Justin is our Managing Director…and he’s basically the guy making sure the vision in my head turns into something that actually runs clean, looks sharp, and keeps getting better every week. He’s here to help us tighten the system, build the right partnerships, and make sure the community feels alive…not like some dead group chat where people post once and disappear.

He’s also going to be helping us tell the OverseasX story the right way. Just clear, real, and useful for athletes who are living this life right now.

So if you see Justin in here asking questions, jumping into convos, or nudging stuff forward…show him love. He’s here to help us build this thing the right way, and make sure nobody in this overseas world feels like they’re on an island.

Welcome to the madness, @Justin James
