TRIAGE LIVE: HOW IT WORKS

It is the end of the season, and for some players that means relief, while others are still fighting for money they are owed. The end of the year is not as peaceful as it looks from the outside. So here is what we are going to do.

Every Friday I take one player's real problem from playing overseas and break down how to fix it, on a live, in about twenty minutes. No charge.

The point is simple. Most players hit a problem overseas and have nobody to ask. The agent goes quiet, the club stops answering, and they are stuck guessing in a country far from home. Triage Live is the place you bring that problem and walk away with a plan.

You do not have to appear on camera. This runs on a send-ahead system, which keeps you protected and lets me verify everything before I say a word publicly.

Here is exactly what you do.

One, tell me the problem in plain terms, who, where, what is owed or what went wrong, and how long it has been going on. You can type it out or send me a short video explaining it, whatever is easier for you.

Two, send the proof, the contract, the messages with the club, bank records, whatever backs up what you are telling me. I do not present anything on the live that I have not seen documented, and that protects you as much as it protects me.

Three, tell me how public you are comfortable being, name held, club held, or both. Your call. I default to keeping you protected, and I will not cross whatever line you set, because most players are still trying to get signed and I am not going to put that at risk.

Then I do the work. I read everything, find the actual fix, and on Friday I lay it out as steps you can follow, what your contract actually says, your first move, who to contact, the deadline you are working against, and the backup if the first move does not land. Concrete actions, not sympathy.

One case goes on air each week, with the player protected. If you send me something and it is not the one I feature live, it does not disappear, it helps me track the patterns and the clubs that keep showing up, which is the whole point of this account.
